We are excited to welcome Van Garrett to RightHand Robotics as our new Vice President of Partnerships, North America. Van will lead our North American partner strategy, working alongside the integrators who put RHR solutions to work for customers every day. His focus will be on deepening relationships with our existing integrators and growing the network with new partners across the region.

Van brings nearly 30 years of experience in engineering, automation, and robotics, with a track record of building partner channels from the ground up. His career includes leadership roles at SMC, AutoGuide Mobile Robots (acquired by Teradyne for $165M), Vecna Robotics, and most recently Mushiny Intelligence, where he served as Senior Director of Sales for the Americas. Along the way he has launched and exited two of his own companies, and built integrator scorecards and partner training programs that helped sales teams scale.

Van’s technical foundation runs deep. He holds an Associate’s degree in Aviation Electronics and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, both from Wentworth Institute, along with a Master’s in Education from Cambridge College. He also served seven years in the U.S. Army Reserves as a flight engineer on the UH-60 Black Hawk and UH-1H Huey helicopters in support of the 10th Special Forces. Outside of work Van is still an avid hockey player. He resides in Duxbury, Massachusetts with his wife of 38 years and their 6 children.
